About the Role:
Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for an energetic and dependable Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Open and/or close the restaurant following proper procedures and checklists
- Train and coach team members to maintain high performance and service standards
- Process cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant or food service leadership role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
